DEPOSIT/PAYMENT: Most packages require a $100.00 per person deposit at the time of booking. Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to immediate payment in full. Deposits not received within 10 days of booking will result in cancellation of reservation.

CANCELLATIONS: Packages can be cancelled with full refund (less any vendor imposed fees) up to 24 hours prior to package arrival date. Cancellation notice must be given to Fairways Golf Company during normal business hours – Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time. All cancellation notices must be in writing, fax and email are acceptable. Each vendor establishes their own cancellation policy, please verify with your sales agent or customer service what penalties might be imposed on your particular package.

CHANGES: Fairways Golf Company does not charge any change fees, however if the change results in a cancellation fee imposed by a vendor you will be responsible for that fee. Each vendor establishes their own cancellation policy, please verify with your sales agent or customer service what penalties might be imposed on your particular package. No changes can be accepted less than 24 hours prior to the package arrival date. If an emergency arises while on the package you must notify Fairways Golf immediately. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any refunds that you may be due. If you need to contact us after hours, please call 800-647-2447 and listen to the emergency instructions. We do have someone on call at all times.

REFUNDS: All refunds for cancellations will be issued within 60 days of written notification. No refunds will be issued for course issued rain checks. NO refunds will be issued for no-shows. Once vouchers are submitted to the course for play, Fairways Golf Company guarantees payment to the course.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: If weather conditions render the course unplayable at the discretion of the host facility’s staff at the time of confirmed play, submit your confirmation sheet to the facility’s staff for them to sign noting the reason you will not be playing. Then return your signed confirmation sheet to Fairways Golf Company within 10 days of your trip completion for an adjusted golf refund (85%) of voucher value. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the return of your confirmation sheet. Once vouchers are submitted to the course for play, Fairways Golf Company guarantees payment to the course. No refunds will be issued for course issued rain checks.
