Designing your golf package
- Click on the state you would like to
travel, then select the city.
- On the top of each city page, you
may select the courses and accommodations associated with that city.
- Once you select a course or
accommodation, you will be asked to select the date you would like to
play or stay, tee time, number of golfers or number of rooms and number
of nights. This will allow you to view the price for appropriate
property. You may also check warnings and black outs for the course or
accommodation. A warning is an event in which the property is available
but may not be "up to par", i.e. overseeding, recent aerification or
construction. A black out is an event in which the property is not
available.
- When the date, tee time, number of
rooms or golfers are selected, you may add this property to your quote or
check the price. When you click "add to quote", the quote screen will
appear. You will be able to add more properties to the quote, save the
quote, or purchase the package.
Purchasing a package
- Once you click "Buy Now", the "My Account" screen will
appear. You will be asked to set up an account or login to your existing
account.
- To set up an account, click on "Click here to create a new
account".
- A new screen will appear, and you will fill in your name,
address, e mail address and a password.
- When you input all the information, click "Continue" and
the package will be booked.
- A Golf Package Coordinator will check you package, confirm
all reservations, and contact you for payment information.
Saving a Quote
- Once you click "Save Quote", the "My Account" screen will
appear. You will be asked to set up an account or login to your existing
account.
- To set up an account, click on "Click here to create a new
account".
- A new screen will appear, and you will fill in your name,
address, e mail address and a password.
- When you input all the information, click "Continue" and
the package will be saved.
- You will be able to login to your account and view any
saved quotes you created.
