When you establish an account, you will occasionally receive updates from us about special offers, new services and other noteworthy news items. Surveys

On occasion and following your trip completion, we may send you a voluntary customer survey. The information collected is used to determine your degree of trip satisfaction and to help us better satisfy your future travel desires and requirements. It will also help to better determine our customers travel needs and improve the satisfaction and use of our sites. Again, participation in our surveys and contests is completely voluntary.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Non-personally identifiable information is used in aggregate form to design higher quality and more useful online services through analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our web sites visitors. Although we believe we offer travel products such as hotels, golf courses, attractions, car rental suppliers, etc. from reputable companies, we have not placed restrictions on these suppliers from using or disclosing information without your permission. If you were referred to us from another website, we may provide personally identifiable information about you to the referring affiliated website. Although we believe that these affiliated website companies are reputable, we have not placed restrictions on these companies from using or disclosing information without your permission. As such, we encourage you to review the privacy policy of these affiliated companies or any website that referred you to us.

We will not release your credit card information to any third parties unless it is necessary to complete a transaction between you and a third party.

Opt-Out Policy

We make every effort to preserve your privacy, but we may be required by law to disclose information you have provided us in obtaining our travel products and services. Fairways Golf Company does not market to children and we do not collect personally identifiable information about children from any of our sites.
